We aim to post your new Supra Shoes to you within 5-7 day as possible as we can, and we are establishing long-term cooperation relationship with EMS to ensure your can receive boots with the fastest speed. All orders are insured for the full purchase information, and can be tracked at the EMS Website, and before that, you must confirm all the information you offered is correct.

While for wholesaling, please contact us! Shipping fee will be charged and great discount can be offered.


We offers humanized service and respect your decision if you are not satisfied with item and want to return it. Once you decide to return the item, please tell us with E-mail in advance, at least within a week. And at the same time, contact us for shipping address. Note, all items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.

Before you place order, please confirm your ordered boots with color, style and size carefully which is referred to the picture we offer. After you receive the boots, if you dislike the color or find the boots is not fit for your feet, and the reasons is not involved into quality problem, we are willing to offer return service, and return fee will be afforded by buyers.

But if the problem you encountered is involved into quality or error delivery, please take photos of the items and send them to us. We would bear delivery fee and expense and give you a satisfactory reply.

If you want to exchange items for another style, please get in touch with our customer service and inform tracking number after the items are being shipped back. Once we receive your package, we will ship the item you reorder. If you would like to refund, then all the process are same to the above.
